Welcome to the Rivera Maya! Today we will spend time getting to know one another. A few group exercises, introductions, and an amazing gourmet spread is the perfect start to a healing weekend which will be filled with immersive discussions, transformative connections, intimate moments you can see, touch, hear, feel and taste. You will also receive your specially curated swag bag of goodies that you will use throughout the weekend!
After a fulfilling breakfast, we will spend each morning resetting our MIND. This morning’s focus is on mindset. You will learn about morning rituals, dream mapping, visualization, and affirmations. Free time to create your dream map and get your revived goal setting done. An energizing lunch hits the spot as we gear up to focus on your BODY. The afternoon will start with an information session on wellness, nutrition, and exercise for busy executives. We will also explore nutritional supplements and speak with a Nutritional Expert on how to keep your energy high. A rest period for the evening to gather your thoughts and give time for you to create action plans for what you’ve learned today. After dinner we will focus on your SOUL. Let’s discuss finding your purpose and protecting your mind, body, and spirit. The weekend will be filled with Master Class sessions with Claire and Sheila’s inner circle of experts.
We will start the morning with a beach side water ritual. After a fulfilling breakfast, This morning’s focus is on techniques to strengthen your mind, improve focus, and block out distractions to be more productive in your day. An revitalizing lunch hits the spot as we gear up to focus on your HEALTH. The afternoon will learn recipes for juicing, smoothing, and quick meals for busy women. A hands on demonstration of meal prep and review of a Pure Yum cookbook. A session with a personal trainer to give us a quick-hit workout to give you an overall body workout in less than 25 minutes. A rest period for the evening to shower up and gather your thoughts. Take this time to create action plans for what you’ve learned today. After dinner today we will focus on your LIFE HACKS. Get your pen and paper ready as we review hacks for all areas of your life to increase your Super Womanhood.
This morning we will start our final morning together with a group guided meditation session followed by sunrise Yoga. After breakfast, enjoy your massages and one-on-one coaching sessions with Claire and Sheila. In your sessions we will review your action plans, timelines, and follow-up assignments and goals. Free time to journal this afternoon followed by lunch and a group session.
