We recommend scheduling your flight to arrive by 3 pm local time on the first day of the trip, and you can depart at any time on the last day of the trip. If you would like assistance in finding and booking flights, you can sign up for our Flight Assistance Service HERE.

Based on that situation, we have two options: 

  1. We can get the pricing from the hotel for an extra night and, if you agree with the pricing, you can arrive a day earlier.
  2. You can arrive late on the first day of the trip, and we’ll have transportation waiting for you at the airport to take you to the hotel, and you’ll have a fresh start on day 2.

Yes, it is possible as long as there is availability. If you book a double occupancy now and there’s no availability for Single Occupancy in the future, alternatively, we can pair you with another participant on this trip.

Yes, it’s possible to move to Single Occupancy for an additional cost (the single supplement varies based on the trip). To process the payment, kindly email us at hello@upintheairlife.com.

Yes, we can. May we know what your Frequent Flyer/Known Travel number is? Our Trip Manager will request the airlines to add that to your booking.

Yes, you may avail our Hotel booking assistance service for $50. (Advise the hotel rate). To start booking on your behalf, please fill out the Credit Card Authorization Consent form below. Thank you! (Attach CC Auth form)

Please note that all of our Group Trips are for people 18 years old and over. If your children are younger than 18, we can duplicate a Group Trip of your choice through our Private Trip Planning services. If you would like to discuss further, you could book an appointment HERE.

We allow clients to skip some days of the group trip upon their requests; however, clients are still required to pay the full amount.
