Purchase travel medical insurance

We require all clients to have a policy that includes the following at a minimum: (1) $25K travel medical insurance policy, (2)$100K evacuation policy and (3)repatriation of your body should you perish. You can use any provider you choose.

Complete your client profile

So that we curate a trip that is specific to your preferences and dietary requirements, we ask that you complete your Up in the Air Life Client Profile well in advance.


Upload your travel insurance and passport

We provide the hotels with a copy of your passport to expedite check-in as such we require a photo of your Passport Photo Page. Passports are required to be valid a minimum of 6 months after the end of the trip date and must have 2 blank pages. We also require a copy of your Travel Medical Insurance documents.
