After breakfast, travel to Alentejo for an authentic Iberian country experience. Enjoy a self-guided tour of Evora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Participate in a private workshop that explains everything you need to know about the region’s terroir and most popular grapes. Visit one of Alentejo’s finest wineries for a professional tasting complete with regional petiscos (small bites).
