With ancient temples, amazing palaces, flashy discos, bustling markets and streets full of vendors offering some of the best meals you may ever consume, Bangkok will definitely jolt your senses. Later, we’ll gather for a meet and greet and dinner at one of Bangkok’s finest rooftop restaurants. Speciality cocktail in hand, while overlooking the bustling city below closes out your first evening in this vibrant city.

After dinner, let’s take an evening tuk tuk ride through the city while taking in the lights, sounds and sights of this electrifying metropolis.

Day 2

This afternoon, we will cruise the Chao Phraya River on a long tail boat.

We’ll view some of the most impressive sights in Bangkok, like the Golden Buddha of Wat Traimit, the Reclining Buddha of Wat Pho and the Temple of Dawn of Wat Arun and tour the elaborate 18th century Grand Palace.

After this amazing introduction to the city, let’s wander through the largest Chinatown in the world to the famous Yaowarat Road after dark to find some of the best eats in the city.

Day 3

The day is yours! You have a full day to explore Bangkok on your own.

You will enjoy touring the many markets that sprawl across the city, taste the spicy culinary specialties or visit some of the many colorful temples.

One minute you’ll be shopping inexpensive local designs in the local marketplace the next you’ll find yourself at luxury brands like Louis Vuitton and Chanel, lapping up the high life.

You can find everything here!

Day 4

Awake early for a fascinating experience to Ayutthaya. Once glorified as one of the largest cities in Southeast Asia.

Ayutthaya Historical Park is an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you will envision the grandeur and splendor of the remaining palaces, monasteries, towers and ruins in the former capital once known as the Kingdom of Ayutthaya.

Tonight, gather together for dinner at the hotel.

Day 5

Spend the morning at your leisure before transferring to the airport for the flight to Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage site in the heart of the mountainous region of northern Laos.

According to legend, Buddha smiled when he rested here during his travels and prophesied that it would one day be the site of a rich and powerful capital city.

We’ll arrive at Luang Prabang International Airport, and transfer to your posh boutique hotel. When night falls, street food stalls and artisan handicrafts take over this quaint city. We’ll meet and lose ourselves in the smells, spices and undeniable energy of the local people at the famous Night Market.

Day 6

After another delicious breakfast, we’re taking you on a day cruise down the majestic Mekong River.

Stopping by a local village “Ban Xang Hai” to taste their unique homemade local rice whisky and rice wine.

After we leave the village, we’ll go and enjoy a buffet lunch at the restaurant overlooking the Mekong River surrounded by tropical forests, where you’ll also have an opportunity to see elephants roaming freely on the banks.

After you’re nice and full we’ll continue our journey down the Mekong to one of the most respected holy sites, Pak Ou Caves.

But it doesn’t stop here, we’ve saved the best for last. We will be visiting one of the most impressive waterfalls in the world-Kuang Si waterfall. This perfectly sculpted three tier cascade of pale turquoise blue water is a magnificent sight to see.

Day 7

If you’re an early riser, you may want to get out before dusk and make your way 100 metres above the centre of the old town to Mount Phu Si for 360-degree view at sunset of the town below, golden pagodas, and the fog rolling in across the layers of distant mountains.

Luang Prabang seems totally untouched by the modern world.

Or if early mornings aren’t your thing, sleep in and relax… the day is yours!

Regardless of where you end up, at the end of the day, head over to the iconic Luang Prabang bar for a beer Lao and get to meet some new folks.

Day 8

Rise and shine! The journey continues with a flight to Siem Reap, the center of the ancient Khmer civilization and gateway to Cambodia’s mystical UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angkor Wat.

Upon arrival at Angkor International Airport (REP) you will transfer to your hotel. Arrive in Siem Reap, gateway to the Angkor temples and transfer to your swanky hotel.

Tonight’s dinner will combine a traditional Khmer dinner and a captivating performance by Phare. Feast your senses on a spectacle that blends riveting theater with folk music and traditional Cambodian stories.

Gain insight into the charity Phare Ponleu Selpak and discover the work the organization does to help vulnerable children and adults in Cambodian society.

Day 9

Sleep in. You deserve it!

After a week full of adventure and excitement, it’s time to retreat and unwind. Everyone deserves to be spoiled once in a while and going to a spa for some pampering is the perfect way to do it!

Day 10

Today’s an early one! We’re getting up before sunrise to make it to the UNESCO sight of Angkor Wat for sunrise. You’ll understand why the architectural masterpieces of Angkor Wat are considered one of the “Seven Wonders of the World”.

This sprawling city, built by Khmer Kings was once home to more than one million people at the height of the empire. Marvel at the world-famous temple of Angkor Wat and uncover the fascinating history of the Khmer Empire on a tour of the vast ruins.

Then, set out to explore the majestic temples and giant stone faces of Bayon and Banteay Kdei.

Next we’ll stroll through the eerily overgrown temple of Ta Prohm, made famous in the movie Tomb Raider and take in the views from the Terrace of the Leper King and the Terrace of the Elephants.
